about

I confess: fault/r was my stuttering attempt at "dance music". You may not agree that I got within a hundred miles of the genre, particularly given that the album's 17 minute centrepiece, 'falter [New Mexico timepiece]', a sprawling minatory abstraction of a thing, is about as far removed from body music as it's possible to get...

The music, composed entirely on a creaking late-90s PC, is suffused with my then obsessions of Max Ernst, ufology, Alfred Jarry and a form of skewed Christian eschatology.

Treat this as a curio from the vaults and nothing more. Parts of it make me smile for reasons I won't go into.
